FitnessGC.com is a Personal Training business based on the Gold Coast that allows you to train at an elite training facility or at one of our stunning local parks or beaches, at an affordable rate. We also offer Sport Specific training to enable our clients to train for Sport Specific events such as martial arts and other contact sports.

We offer a personalised exercise regimens designed by us with your strengths, weaknesses and goals in mind. You will be taught proper techniques for each exercise performed during your session. These workouts will of course take into consideration your abilities as well as your fitness goals.
